"These past four months have definitely helped me improve on certain aspects of my life and it feels so freeing and powerful. If there’s any advice that I could give you, I would have to say not to give up. Of course, there are going to be a few points throughout the program that you’ll find more difficult than others, but you can’t give up. The instructors, and even the participants (who will most definitely become your friends, by the way) are more than willing to help guide you through it." - Youth program graduate

"This program is for you to learn and grow at your own pace 一 everyone is different. That's okay! That's why this program rocks, because you meet some interesting people. It’s helped me feel more confident not only in a workplace, but also helped me view people differently from how I feel about them in general. It also helped me and encouraged me to have more patience and kindness towards myself."  - Youth program graduate
